Held 1st Class FCC in the early 70's long since lapsed (Old time Tube Radio Days) and long distance HF communications, I was a "Fleet Radioman and became a "Tech Control Supervisor" 2319 -RMCM) -made Master Chief Petty Officer and later Commissioned Officer. I retired as a LT (O3).
