We’re thrilled to announce this is now available in Copper 🎈Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we’re excited to introduce an update that directly addresses a key customer request.With our enhancement, you can now filter a list by recurring date. This will exclude the year from the filter, making tracking and celebrating important customer milestones like birthdays or anniversaries easy. Let’s walk through how it works:1. First, to use this feature you’ll need to have birthdays, anniversaries, or other customer milestones saved as a custom date field on your contact records. 2. You’ll need to locate this custom date field towards the bottom of your fields list, following the default fields when filtering your list. Scroll to find your custom fields3. Hi I’ve integrated Copper with Xero. However, for some companies (in Copper) the invoices are not showing up. There are cases where the name of the company is exactly the same. I’d like to understand what names that I need to ensure are the same between Copper and Xero so that the invoice will show.Is it ensuring the name of the company is the same between the two platforms? Do I need to ensure at least one of the contacts are in Copper is also in Xero?Some guidance on how to ensure all the companies reflect the respective in Xero would be appreciated. Thanks,

I recently added RingCentral to my business with the understanding that the Copper integration would track calls in Copper. Well, this was a bitter disappointment, as the integration doesn’t do that unless you’re using the app on a cell phone. And I’m not sure that always works. I feel kind of duped by Copper because I had to upgrade my Copper account to basically turn on “click to call” which should be a built-in feature anyway and then you get to choose your phone system/provider. Hopefully, I’m missing something here. I would appreciate any success stories and tips on this integration. Thanks, Michael
Hi, I am able to generate an API key but when I use it in the Zapier connection, I get the following error: authentication failed: Your authenticate token is invalid. I’ve validated the email is correct, that I’m an admin, and that there are no extra spaces in the API key. What could be causing this?
We would love to be able to set company and individual budgets for things like total revenue per month, lead conversion, opportunity conversion etc so the reporting can show actuals to target.
Hello, Our repeating customers’ profiles are starting to look a bit messy. With dozens of opportunities in some profiles, I am wondering if there is a way to filter ‘Won’ opportunities, whether that means archiving them or just being able to filter from newest to oldest. Hi, we usually use the option to copy the stages from an old pipeline to new pipelines, but we can’t find that option anymore?And when we try to make a new pipeline, it suggests some templates for stages, but we can’t make our own template, and i think that would be a very nice option to have :)
I am following the Copper Playbook for Zapier and Google Docs. I followed step by step, except the one that is missing in Zapier. It does not come up so I am unable to continue according to the instructions. Could you please shed any light on this? Is the documentation obsolete? Thanks in advance

I have the google chrome extension and can relate an email to an opportunity. I want to turn off my google sync as the volume of emails not relevant is too great.If I turn off the google sync pull can I still use gmail to push relate an email through the chrome extension. That feature I like as it allows me to associate relevant messages only.
Is there a way to add a fillable form? I’d like to have an “account contact” form that my team fills in after each visit.
When the copper extension is active on google chrome in gmail I am not able to attach any files to emails. When I deactivate it the issue goes away.
