Here’s what we love about JustCall:
- Make, receive, and track calls: The JustCall integration makes it easy to start a phone call directly within your Person records in the Copper app. And you eliminate the need to keep multiple tabs open since JustCall is accessible directly where you need it; all you have to do is download JustCall’s Chrome extension.
- Send and receive text messages: If your customers are easier to reach via text message, you can also start an SMS convo within Copper person records. Responses are automatically synced back to your Copper activity feed.
- Automatically add new contacts to Copper: Whenever you or someone on your team calls a new phone number, JustCall automatically adds them as a contact record in Copper. You’ll never lose track of any important leads.
- Sync activities, notes and recordings: Every call, text and voicemail you receive is automatically synced to your Copper activity feed, so you have a record of who reached out — and exactly when. Plus, JustCall supports note-taking and call recording, so any notes or recordings you make will also sync to Copper.
