What's new in Copper:
Email nudges 📩
Copper now acts like your personal assistant, reminding you to proactively follow up on your relationships. It recommends next steps by reminding you to follow up on emails you sent, but haven't yet received a response to, as well as emails that have been sent to you that you haven't yet replied to—here's how it works.
Connect fields filtering 🔗
Connect fields in Copper are ways to link two or more records by relationship type. For example, you can connect "Sally" to "Fred" and state the nature of the connection "Referred by"—so you'll know that Fred was referred to by Sally to your company.
You can also connect "ACME LLC" to "Banana Bread Co" and show their relation as ACME LLC being the Parent Company of Banana Bread Co.
From there, it's easy to show a list of any connections in Copper.

It's easy to filter your People, Companies and Opportunities by the Connect Fields you've set up!
Quick actions on mobile 📱
Fewer clicks, more action. We're expanding our "Quick Actions" menu across the Copper mobile app! Now, your experience on-the-go is even faster.
