Want to move the Opportunity forward in the Pipeline? No problem—just make the updates you need, all without leaving the page.
And since the Following tab keeps this Opportunity front and center, you’re never out of the loop. It’s even easier to stay on top of what’s important, with no distractions!
10:30 AM: Keep emails in check
By mid-morning, emails start coming in. Your client’s team has sent over a few questions about next week’s presentation. With Copper’s new comment and reply buttons, you can respond directly from the Feed without leaving the page. This centralizes everything, saving you time from jumping between emails and your CRM.
If you want to focus solely on email conversations, the filters allow you to narrow down the Feed, so you can quickly and efficiently address any questions.
11:00 AM: Nurture existing clients
With one deal moving smoothly, it's time to shift focus to your existing clients. You check in on a client you’ve been working with for a few months, to make sure they're satisfied with the deliverables so far. Retention is just as important as new sales, and Copper’s post-sale workflows make this easy.

Once the email is updated and sent, you mark a follow-up task to check in with them again in two weeks, keeping your communication proactive and consistent.
12:00 PM: Keep your team in sync
As the day moves forward, it’s time to check in with your team. Copper’s updated email visibility management makes sure that everyone is looped in on the key communications regarding the deal. You quickly figure out who’s actually needed on the necessary email threads and make adjustments to ensure everyone has access to the latest updates.

2:00 PM: Access customer information quickly

As the day winds down, you return to the deal to check its status in the pipeline. From the Feed, you access the Opportunity’s data through the Preview Drawer, again, and quickly make updates as you need. This level of organization keeps you on track, so that you don’t miss any critical steps and feel prepared for next week’s presentation.
4:30 PM: Wrap up without a hitch
By the end of the day, you appreciate how smoothly everything has run. The Feed loads quickly, and between the Following tab and filters, you’ve been able to keep the deal front and center without getting sidetracked by other updates.
