Yesterday, we hosted a webinar about maximizing your CRM’s ROI.

We're guessing you took ample time to research which CRM to go with, spent prime selling hours training your team to use it, and committed precious budget to your CRM—so why not squeeze every ounce of usage out of it?

A common mistake we often make (especially in tech-heavy companies) is hoarding a ton of different tools in our tech stack when realistically we only use the same few apps in most of our day-to-day work.

A CRM is one of those “unicorn” tools with diverse, multifaceted abilities—which means that when we’re thinking about consolidating the number of tools we use and simplifying our processes to make our teams more efficient, we should start by taking a look at our CRM.

If you missed out on the webinar, check out some of the highlights below. (Or you could watch the webinar here—it’s a lunchtime-friendly 20-minutes.)

How can we increase our CRM's ROI? (What tasks can CRM do that we aren’t taking advantage of? )

Most people know that CRMs are used by sales teams for contact management. But they’ve evolved a lot and their use cases have dramatically expanded. For example, a CRM can help you:

  • Get visibility into team goals and how each person is contributing to the end goal. It helps when a CRM has a leaderboard that shows your team how they’re tracking (and a little healthy competition doesn’t hurt).
Making collaboration easier is just one of the perks of having a CRM
  • Forecast more accurately. Your CRM can help you produce more accurate sales forecasts based on your current deal status and previous sales.
  • Manage tasks more efficiently. A CRM that can automatically assign tasks so nothing gets dropped? Crucial, especially on those busy days.
  • Encourage team selling. Considering how many people are actually involved in building customer relationships (about five on average), it’s easy for interactions to get lost in the shuffle—which makes it tempting to try doing everything alone. If you want to land bigger and more complex deals, though, teamwork is the way to go.

Want to learn more about other ways to increase the ROI of your CRM, and how you can make sure that you’re getting the most out of yours? Watch the webinar!
