Sales professionals share their Parsley profile link in email signatures, LinkedIn messages, and outreach sequences. When a prospect clicks the link, they meet an AI chatbot trained on the rep's knowledge base and have a natural conversation about their needs.
Behind the scenes, Parsley uses passive MEDDIC detection to identify buying signals - budget mentions, decision criteria, pain points, and more - without interrogating the visitor. Every conversation is scored for lead quality (Hot, Warm, or Cold) and tagged with the specific MEDDIC signals detected.
The Copper integration connects via OAuth in under two minutes. Once connected, Parsley automatically:
- Syncs leads as Copper People records, matched by email to prevent duplicates
- Creates 7 custom fields on each record: Lead Score, Intent Signal, Message Count, Company, Last Interaction, Lead Source, and Profile URL
- Applies intelligence tags for lead quality, engagement depth (Return Visitor, Deep Conversation), and MEDDIC signals
- Syncs every chatbot conversation as a Copper Activity with a formatted summary your reps can review before calling
