The Copper integration connects your CRM and email marketing workflows so customer data and activity are more useful in both systems. Tarvent supports contact syncing with Copper through manual sync jobs for full and incremental updates, as well as webhook based syncing for near real time updates. This helps keep contact records aligned while giving teams control over how data moves between platforms.

Once connected, Tarvent can use Copper events to power automation. Users can trigger journeys when contacts are created or updated, when opportunities are created or updated, and when groups or tags are added or removed. Those journeys can then send targeted email campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow up communications based on what is happening in Copper.

The integration also works in the other direction by allowing Tarvent journeys to create and update Copper records. Teams can create tasks, activities, and opportunities in Copper directly from their Tarvent automations, making it easier to connect marketing activity with sales follow up.

Tarvent also supports engagement and activity syncing with Copper. Marketing engagement data can be synced per contact so sales teams can see not just static CRM information, but also how actively someone is engaging with campaigns over time. Campaign and journey email activity can also be synced into Copper, giving users better visibility into the customer’s marketing interactions without leaving their CRM.

Most of our CRM integrations are included on Professional plans and above, but select integrations are available on Business plans only. Yes! You can set up integrations on a free trial. During your free trial, you will be using our CRM software on the Business plan to experience the full capabilities of Copper.
