Zendesk is the champion of great service everywhere for everyone, and powers billions of conversations, connecting brands with hundreds of millions of customers over telephony, chat, email, messaging, social channels, communities, review sites and help centers.
Copper’s native Zendesk integration enables sales teams and account managers to have conversations that are more relevant, meaningful, and productive with their customers.
Any team can now view tickets associated with a particular customer, the details of issues and the status of their ticket(s). Zendesk syncs new, open, pending and solved tickets to Copper.
- Ticket history gets recorded into the activity feed
- Tickets can appear in any record: Lead, Person, Company or Opportunity
- Choose which teams have access to customer service tickets
- Users can click and view tickets in Zendesk from Copper (Zendesk subscription required)
To get started, head into Copper and click Settings > Integrations. Find the Zendesk tile and click “Connect.”
