Copper is Google’s only recommended CRM for a reason. Along with being super easy to use, we’re highly customizable, visual, and fit seamlessly into the workflows of G Suite users. But how does this integration really help teams like yours? Read on!

Team Visibility without CCing

Whether it’s from your desktop or your mobile phone, you probably send a lot of emails throughout the day that provide valuable context into what’s happening with your contacts. With Gmail Sync, Copper auto-ingests all communication related between you and the Leads and Contacts you have in the system automatically. This not only takes the guesswork out of your last interaction, but quickly gives you the whole picture on everything that’s happening so there’s no bcc or manual entry required!

Suggested leads and contacts

Never worry about missing an important connection with suggested contacts in Copper. These suggestions are individuals that you’ve recently been in communication with and could be potential business partners, but aren’t contacts in your system yet. You can even categorize the contact type before adding them to Copper, making sure your sales management system is always up-to-date. This makes customer relationship management easy as pie.

All your files, one click away

Need to incorporate Google Drive files with a record? No problem. We integrate directly with Google Slides, Docs, Sheets and Team Drive so you can attach things like contracts, presentations, reporting sheets or shared documents to records giving you direct access to those materials from a record. With the click of a button, you and your team have quick access into all relevant information to an opportunity inside your CRM.

Two-way sync with Google Calendar

We all know manual data entry is the worst. Keeping your system up-to-date with meetings can be tedious and time-consuming. The two-way sync between Copper and Google Calendar automatically pulls the meetings on your calendar into your CRM — no more flipping between calendars or manually scheduling meetings in your busy schedule.

Manage leads right from your inbox

Since you spend most of your day scheduling meetings and creating follow-ups, we built a Gmail Chrome Extension that puts your CRM directly in your inbox. Work your leads, create new contacts, and update opportunities without switching between tabs.

Get up and running in days, not months

Onboarding new users to the CRM system that runs your business can be a daunting task. Because we have built a CRM that seamlessly integrates with G Suite, implementation is quick and easy. If you know how to use Gmail, you’ll know how to use Copper. No complicated implementation or training required, honestly!

Designed to look and feel like G Suite

Copper was built using Google’s Material Design so it looks and feels exactly like the Google tools you’re already using every day. The simple, clean, and beautiful interface makes navigating Copper easy and familiar.
